Once again, the UIPM Biathle World Tour which is in its 11th edition went to 5 nations: South Africa, Great Britain, Germany, Cuba & Italy where 563 biathletes in from 14 nations competed in eleven group ages.

On the 15th of April it was hosted in Recife, capital of Pernambuco, Brazil, the 3rd Summer Biathle at the Modern Pentathlon Training Center of Recife, which is located at the Colégio Salesiano de Recife. [ Read more... ]
Next Sunday, the 15th of April, Brazilian Modern Pentathlon is hosting a Biathle in Recife, city where Yane Marques lives and place where she trains when she is home. They expect around 180 participants of all ages.
They will be able to taste a bit of Modern Pentathlon and also try laser shooting and fencing.

The 2011 Biathle World Tour has now finished and the overall results have been calculated. Athletes travelled to 6 different countries to gain valuable World Tour points. In 2011 the 6 Biathle World Tour destinations were:
- Argentina
- South Africa
- Italy
- Great Britain
- Germany
- Cuba
Congratulations to all athletes that participated and a special congratulations to the athletes who finished in a medal position.
All the Biathle attention now focuses on the World Championships on 25 September 2011 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Lemi Fernando (ARG) and Pamela Zapata (ARG) were crowned South American champions in the Senior category at the 2nd Biatle South American Championship 2011, held in the City of Santa Clara del Mar, Buenos Aires, Argentina on 05 March 2011. Organized by the Modern Pentathlon Federation of Argentina, under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports of the Nation, the Enard and the Municipality of Mar Chiquita with 82 athletes from Argentina, Uruguay and Chile who participated in this prestigious event.

Richard Stannard (GB) and Rachel Jones (GB) were crowned Senior World Champions in the 12th Biathle World Championships for 2010 held in Dubai, UAE from 28 to 30 October 2010. Hosted by Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina and the Dubai International Marine Club, over 230 individuals from 14 countries participated in this prestigious event.
