After walking away at Greenwich Park, spectators average ranking of the event was a massive 97% and 99% of people said Modern Pentathlon exceeded their expectations. This is a credit to not only the athletes, but the officials and volunteers as well.
In other categories of the Modern Pentathlon experience, the spectators scored 95% for both the quality of the sport and the level of sport entertainment and 97% for the atmosphere, which we can agree with electric across all 3 venues.
The volunteers got singled out for their exceptional work with the spectators ranking them a near perfect 96%, which they can all be proud of.
So well done to everyone associated with making Modern Pentathlon at London 2012 one of the greatest events in our 100 year history.
