UIPM World Cup #3 2011

For the first time since the 60's the Hungarian World Cup will be organised outside Budapest in Százhalombatta which is just south of the capital city.

This city is offering great facilities and will be a world class event like usual in Hungary. Please see below pictures of the venues for the event which are all 100m of eachother.

The Press Conference for World Cup #3 was organised on 12 April 2011 at the House of Sports, Budapest where most of the Hungarian Sports Federations are located.

All the big national TV & radio stations were there to learn more about the 3rd World Cup of the year to be held 5-8 May 2011 in Százhalombatta which is just outside Budapest, Hungary. This is the first time since the early 60-ies the HUN WC will not be organised in the heart of Budapest.

The organising committee for World Cup #3 in Budapest, Hungary have designed a fantastic Combined Event course which runs right down the the island of the lake. This is going to produce some fantactic images from this historical Modern Pentathlon city.

The logo to be used for UIPM World Cup #3 to be held in Budapest, Hungary has been released. World Cup #3 is due to be held 5-8 May 2011 and is on track to break participation records for a World Cup. As athletes eager to qualify for the Olympic Qualification event, the World Cup Final in London, GBR in July.

The Invitation form for World Cup #3 is now available. World Cup #3 will take place in the Modern Pentathlon crazy Budapest, Hungary on 5-8 May 2011. Hungary always organises a great, fun event and this event will be no exception. The public will be out in force celebrating the historical Pentathlon roots in Hungary and the current top Hungarian athletes.
