The seminars ran from 29 November to 3 December, with 33 budding Modern Pentathlon coaches and judges taking part.
Peciak, the 1976 Olympic champion said: “This was a great experience for me and Bondi. We are sure that Korean Pentathlon now have got a lot of learning and information to continue a great pentathlon program in this country.”
Korean Modern Pentathlon Secretary General Dong Kook Chung who is also a UIPM Technical Delegate stated: “All the Korean’s are very appreciative for the seminars. They now know all the rules for present/changed/new ones after the 2011 congress and allowed for new judges to get their licence and current ones to renew them. Also to Janusz for the coaches' seminar with useful information based on your experiences and know-how”
Korea is a growing Pentathlon nation which was shown by it's Pentathletes winning senior individual, team and relay medals in 2011 in a very impressive year.
This was the final of many successful seminars similar to this one run by UIPM across the globe in 2011.
