It is VERY tough to try and juggle training for all 5 disciplines. However I have fantastic trainers who organise all my programs to perfection. I usually do 3 disciplines a day and sometimes 4, but never 5!! I wake up at 7am and then train for 6 hours, by the time I get home I am absolutely exhausted to do anything else but rest and sleep and force myself to complete my homework to avoid getting too far behind.
This week I ran 40km which can vary from 5-14km per session and swam 10km, also several riding and shooting sessions with completing the combined event under race conditions. This was an average hard week for me, by the weekend I was very very tired! But I enjoy my training and I am very motivated to succeed. I want to have 2 very good competitions at the European Championships in my home country and then of course at the World Championships in China.
Fortunately I had the weekend off I was able to hang out with my older sister and my niece and nephew. I was also able to visit an Adventure Park, watched football match and visited a dog beauty competition. A good way to relax my body for another tough week of training.
