March saw the start of the crucial 2012 World Cup Series. We look back at all the action where the athletes started in Charlotte, USA for World Cup #1 and then headed south to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for World Cup 2. Schoneborn, Frolov, Clouvel & Lesun all tasted success at these 2 events.
The international circuit continued in Budapest, with the Budapest Cup. With all the Olympic talk centring around London, we have a quick look at the 2016 Rio Olympics. We check out the hundreds of athletes that lined up at the Great Britain World School Biathlon and check out the heroics of Michelle Kelly, who made the final at World Cup #1, just 4 months after giving birth to her baby girl.
Finally, as usual we check out the activities of President Schormann and Secretary General Bouzou and check out who has made a move in the New Balance Pentathlon World Rankings.

Athletes were able to step out of their training and compete in the Hungarian Indoors and the Ukrainian Open to test their fitness levels ahead of World Cup #1, we look at who did well and who didn’t. We preview the first World Cup of the year in Charlotte, USA as well as look back on the 2nd International Namibian Biathle Championships.
We interview Marek Makay after moves from on from the Egyptian team to start coaching the Irish team. The 2012 Media Guide is released and we get a special insight into the struggles of the Birth Pentathletes trying to squeeze into the 2 Olympic qualification positions available. Finally, as usual we look at the busy activities of President Schormann and Secretary General Bouzou.
