Modern Pentathlon and its sub-sports are broad-reaching and are present in several multi-sport Games, including in 2014 at the ODESUR Games, Asian Games, Asian Beach Games and CAC Games. In 2015, Modern Pentathlon will be at the Pan-Am Games, World Games and World Beach Games. In 2017, Modern Pentathlon will debut at the FISU Universiade Games with four disciplines, as well as at the Asian Youth Games.

The Modern Pentathlon competition at the 2014 ODESUR Games in the Chilean capital Santiago was held from 8-10 March.
All eyes were on the 3 top nations in South America with Brazil, Argentina and hosts Chile leading the way in terms of quality of athletes and national set-up. It was also be intriguing to see how the other nations fared.
The 4th Asian Beach Games are to be held in Phuket Island, Thailand from 14-21 November with Modern Triathle introduced to the program for the very first time. It will be the seventh time for Thailand to host an Asia level multi-sports event, after Bangkok held four Asian Games (1966, 1970, 1978 and 1998), one Asian Indoor Games (2005) and one Asian Martial Arts Games (2009). However, it will be the first time that the event won’t be held in Bangkok.
The 22nd Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC Games) will be held November 14-30, 2014 in Veracruz, Mexico. The Games will feature 36 sports, with most occurring in Veracruz, but some taking place in Boca del Río, Xalapa, Córdoba, Tuxpan, and Coatzacoalcos. veracruz2014.mx.
